Very inspiring article, thanks for sharing. I think that while it’s essential for leaders to show passion for their profession, this passion must be backed up with substance and results. Motivating others by displaying your passion is all well and good, but if you business isn’t meeting its goals, it will be difficult to keep your employees motivated for an extended period of time.
